My wife and I went to Colonial Toyota last Saturday and purchased a brand new Camry the sales person was very nice and informative about my car. I went into this dealership not knowing much about a Camry besides the good gas milege. Everyone at the dealership was very nice and helpful. They even fed us lunch which I guess they had catered. We had a great experience and would recomend Colonial Toyota to anyone who is interested in buying a car.

It's always a pleasure to do business here. The people employed in the service area are truly remarkable. They treated my mom & I like they had known us for a long time. They were friendly, courteous, accommodating and efficient. Even though I had not requested a "loan" vehicle, they promptly gave me one when I said I had a few errands to run.We especially appreciate their scheduling and prompt service since we live 50 miles away!

I had been looking for a Prius that fit my needs, and I had gone to this dealership as well as a few others also very friendly, but I felt as if they were being nice and saying what I wanted to hear as opposed to the truth. Chris was very honest and upfront about everything. He did not try to sell me additional features, or try and get me to spend money on things I did not need because he knew I was clear about what I wanted and did not want. There was no bargaining involved since I got my Prius as a "manager's special," so I did not feel as if I was being hassled. Even after my car was purchased, Chris helped me understand some features that I was not clear on. Overall experience was good and quick.

Associates were friendly just love the shuttle service at Colonial Toyota offered and provided while my Toyota was being serviced! I am also involved with customer service so I know what it feels like. Its best to put excellent front line people because those are the first people you meet when you enter . I had a very long wait because of the recall service that was being performed on my vehicle. So I just relaxed in the waiting area and watched TV. Toyota staff made sure I was comfortable and also made sure I had all the refreshments that I needed.

I e-mailed a lot of dealerships for pricing for the Prius III I got the best and quickest response back from Colonial Toyota so that's 2 stars right there. Then when I came in for my appointment, they offered me refreshments and time to look at all their Prius by myself, another star for relaxation. When I chose the right one, the Iternet salesman was immediately available to adress all my questions and concerns, 1 more star for his good service skills. Finally, my 5th star for them would have to be because I truly appreciate their customer service, I've never been treated as nicely, even in my own home.

Great staff and equally great service during my purchase. I was very impressed with my salesperson as well as the management staff. Very personable and easy to work with. I didn't realize that the entire buying process would be so easy, so sophisticated, and such a great experience. It was a true pleasure. My husband and I feel right at home; comfortable and welcomed. It was as if we were buying a car from an old friend. We started looking late on a Saturday afternoon and never once did they seem that they were anxious to leave for the day. We took our time making our decision and they were happy to answer any questions we had. We never felt rushed. We made the decision to purchase that day in part because they were so great to work with and offered us a great deal. When the day came to pick up my car, I was too excited to wait until my 6:00 P.M. appointment. I called in and told them I would be 3 hours early. Without sweat, they had everything ready and I drove away with a huge smile on my face. I definitely look forward to working with them again in the future.
