Engine Equipment Information

The 2021 Toyota Venza will ride on the Toyota New Global Architecture-K chassis. This will allow the 2021 Venza to handle sharply and feel like a familiar sedan. It will be powered by a naturally aspirated 2.5-liter, four-cylinder engine that is mated to the Toyota Hybrid System. It will make approximately 219 net horsepower. Additionally, the automaker has implemented three driver-selectable driving modes to give those behind the wheel exactly the kind of experience they were looking for.

How efficient is it?

Toyota still hasn’t released the official fuel economy scores for the 2021 Venza. However, the preliminary information provided by the automaker has revealed it will be able to achieve a city/highway combined 40 miles per gallon. Furthermore, when a driver engages the hybrid crossover SUV’s EV Model, short, low-speed trips can be possible without using a single drop of gasoline.

Everyone is still eagerly waiting to see how far the 2021 Toyota Venza will be able to travel using EV Mode. However, the 2021 Toyota RAV4 Prime uses a similar technology and can go nearly 40 miles using only stored electricity. It seems likely that the 2021 Venza will be able to come close to this figure.
