I was “considering” an upgrade but had not totally decided when I arrived at the dealership. Then I met Erick, the Sales Manager. He was very patient with the 1001 questions I had, answering each one of them to my satisfaction. Buying a new car is a lot to consider but Erick said he had “the one” for me but it wasn’t due to arrive until the next day. I could see on paper that it was the color that I wanted but I wasn’t quite ready yet. As I went through checking insurance rates etc, Erick says, “look, your car just arrived.” I didn’t want to look at it yet because the nerves were kicking up again. But four hours and a lot of nervousness later, I knew he was right. I wish I could give you more than five stars because everyone there deserves it! Jeff and Sarah, it was a pleasure meeting you; Mike, you explained the setup and connections very clearly; easy to understand and use; Kiki and Taylor, you ladies rock! You know how long I will keep a car, so you’re stuck with me forever. I am very happy to be part of the Colonial Toyota family. I loved ringing the bell this morning, I think I’ll come back tomorrow and do it again….LOL! But I do have the video you made for me Mike, thank you! It’s already making the rounds in my circle of friends and family. If I missed thanking anyone, know that I appreciate each and every one of you. From sales to service to detailing etc. I now have 30 miles on Candy Apple who is nestled in the garage. Yes, I gave my car a name.
