I love Colonial Toyota of Milford! I’ve always had an excellent experience there. This is my third Toyota that I’ve purchased from here and I recently purchased a 2024 4Runner limited. My Sales Rep Anthony Mao was amazing! He’s the best very helpful and has been there for 29 years! His manager, Mike Jacko was also very pleasant to work with and helpful with providing details of terms for leasing or financing. The Finance Manager, Erik Hernandez was very informative. It was nice to have every detail explained on my purchase and how my payment was broken down. I also received a call from Eddie Pagan the night before confirming my appointment which was really nice. I would highly recommend purchasing your next Toyota at Colonial Toyota of Milford!

Great customer service. Roger Batista and his manager Daniel were excellent. If you're in a rush, be prepared to spend some time in the dealership. It is time-consuming, BUT they are working hard to make the best deal. It took several hours, but in the end, I was satisfied with the results.

I contacted Ronell Hanks about this particular model in this particular color. It was listed as in transit. I asked him if I could come by and sit in a similar model to make sure it felt right. I love the Toyota brand. This is my third one but the first one I had to purchase on my own since my husband passed. Ronell and Eric made the process painless taking the stress right out of the equation. They offered me a fair price for my trade in. When the car came in, Ronell helped me set up my car with the Toyota app, installed the mats I ordered himself and showed me some other features that I didn’t have in my old car. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
