My wife and I purchased a 2026 Tundra from Quincy a sales associate at Colonial Toyota, he was more than helpful and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. All my questions and concerns were answered. The rest of the staff were also polite and courteous. I would highly recommend Colonial Toyota. And as I stated before Quincy was a helpful sales representative. And thank you Quincy for your help with my new 2026 Toyota Tundra.

I recently visited the dealership on June 16th to purchase a new vehicle, and I could not be happier with my experience. While the car-buying process naturally takes a few hours, the team made the time fly by being exceptionally professional, attentive, and hospitable—even keeping us refreshed with water throughout our visit. (Had crayons for the kiddos) I especially appreciated that they have a bilingual staff, which immediately made my family and me feel welcome, understood, and comfortable. I want to extend a massive thank you to Steven Reyes. Steven possesses an incredible amount of patience and truly went above and beyond my expectations. I came in undecided on an exact model, but knew what I needed regarding fuel economy, comfort, and capacity for my large family. Steven listened intently, showed me multiple options without hesitation, and provided expert, respectful guidance when I asked for his opinion. His extensive knowledge of the vehicles made finding the perfect fit completely stress-free. I also want to highly commend the finance manager (I believe his name was Bill or Bob—he has a picture of his kid playing soccer on the wall of his office and played lacrosse in high school!). He was incredibly joyful, professional, and patient. He gave us all the time we needed to translate information for the family, explaining the guarantees and finance percentages two or three times until everyone fully understood. This was an outstanding, seamless experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this dealership and this wonderful team to anyone looking for a vehicle! 10/10!

Wonderful experience on a hot day

From the moment we arrived at Colonial Toyota till we drove home with our fantastic car, we felt respected, well informed, and so happy to have found this dealership. After 15 years with the same vehicle, the car shopping experience at other dealers was stressful and intimidating. Not the case in any way at Colonial! Our salesperson Hilary, managers Hass and Jack, and finance expert James were outstanding. As James said (and I am so paraphrasing…), we give you the information and get out of your way. The services and warranties that came with our Cross are fantastic, the car itself is the best best best! We are so happy with the entire experience and will be customers for life.
