Colonial Toyota Milford created such a relaxing and respectful car buying process -- I highly recommend working with them and with Mike specifically. I had been looking for a Venza for a couple of months at other dealerships and was so annoyed by the process that I thought about not bothering anymore. I felt like I was getting ripped off and that sales people were trying to push cars to get them off their lot instead of listening to me and delivering what I wanted. I vented about this to a friend who said she had a hassle free experience with Colonial in Milford about 2 or 4 years ago and recommended I try them. She also mentioned that the dealership has a good reputation with their employees in terms of retention and promoting people, which made me more interested in working with them. I reached out to the salesperson she had worked with, Eddie, who had already been promoted to a new position. He worked with me while also coordinating with Mike, the salesperson. They made the process incredibly easy. Mike was very, very responsive and knowledgeable about the car. He is also just fun to work with and is very personable. Gabriel who helped finish the process with all the paperwork was also great. He explained everything and it didn't feel like we were now tacking on hundreds to thousands of dollars before my final signature. I wish I had just started my search with Colonial in Milford and saved myself the headache.

On November 23, 2024 I walked into Colonial Toyota and was immediately greeted by Eric Franceschini and Steven Reyes. These two gentlemen were knowledgeable, professional and attentive. Need I say they worked with me and I purchased a beautiful 2024 Rav 4 hybrid. I then met with Michael Lavelanet who was equally as attentive and knowledgeable. Great dealership, nice people, highly recommended!

Bought a Sienna from this dealership. Price was very reasonable (at msrp) and no weird markup. The salespeople (car / warranty) aren't pushy and will give you the time needed to understand the fine print on their products (warranty / service). This way, you can make an informed call on if they're worth it. Syed helped me through the sales process and was very friendly and approachable. One of the nicer dealerships I've been to. On warranty fine print...most but not all parts covered. But parts not covered mostly make sense (wheels, brakes etc) On service fine print...same as above. The cost covers the core service listed by mileage. If anything else is found not covered by warranty, it's still extra. But if you do maintenance every 5k, it should be a 20% discount on core, but do verify yourself since things will change over time

I went to Colonial Toyota to look for a car, and was surprised to see the car i wanted newly arrived on the lot. I worked with Junior and Victor, and they were very accommodating and worked with me on figuring all the details out and come to a deal I was happy with. They even stayed extremely late to help figure out all the logistics of my insurance, long past their work hours were done. Really appreciated them both and would definitely recommend Colonial Toyota in the future to anyone looking to buy a car!

Great experience! We were taken care by Valeria Colodetti, who went above em beyond to make sure we would get exactly what we need it. Me and my fiancé had two different budgets and we end up with his (which made more sense) and Valeria and Vanil helped us to get the most we could within the budget. Valéria stood on top to make sure we got everything that came with the deal very quickly. She is very polite, helpful and very easy to work with. We are very pleased with her work.
