It would have been very easy, if not expected, for Toyota to simply carry over last year's redesigned version of the Toyota Camry into the new model year. The 2019 Toyota Camry in Milford, CT has arrived at the Colonial Toyota with a load of new features and technology. Just about every 2019 Toyota vehicle being delivered to our facility is the most advanced version the manufacturer has ever pushed off the end of the assembly line. Every trim of the 2019 Camry will feature cutting-edge smartphone integration, expanded connectivity for other popular devices and an available on-board Wi-Fi hotspot. There are several available trims of the 2019 Toyota Camry at the Colonial Toyota showroom. Customers can schedule a test drive with the new sedan and one of our product experts by calling, 203-403-6890.
On the outside, the 2019 Toyota Camry remains largely unchanged. The manufacturer already crafted the eighth generation Camry into one of the most recognizable vehicles last year. Also being carried over from the last year’s Camry are the sedans two available engine options. The standard powertrain setup starts with a naturally aspirated 2.5-liter, four-cylinder engine making 203 horsepower and 184 pound-feet of torque. Potential buyers of the 2019 Camry can also choose to have a 3.5-liter, V-6 engine which will put out 301 horsepower and 267 pound-feet of torque. Even with the boost in performance output over the previous Camry generation, the 2019 model is able to maintain, if not improve fuel economy scores. Furthermore, the 2019 Toyota Camry retains the sedan’s generous interior proportions and excellent handling characteristics.
The 2019 Toyota Camry joins the growing roster of vehicles from the automaker that is compatible with Apple CarPlay. Owners will be able to pair their iPhones to the Entune infotainment system and use most of their favorite applications while on the road. This includes navigation applications, streaming media and hands-free messaging capability.
Outside the Camry
Toyota is one of the only manufacturers that has made its infotainment system able to work with the Amazon Alexa digital home assistant. Without being in the driver’s seat, an owner will be able to control several systems in the vehicle, check how much fuel is left in the tank and have driving directions sent to the car.
Toyota and Verizon Wireless have teamed up to bring an available high-speed 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot to the 2019 Camry. Up to five Wi-Fi-enabled devices can be connected to the stable and secure internet connection at the same time. Anyone who is already an existing Verizon customer may be able to add the Camry’s data bucket to their account.
