All trims of the 2020 Toyota Corolla coming to Colonial Toyota will use the same base powertrain. Under the hood will be a naturally aspirated 2.0-liter, four-cylinder engine attached to a continuously variable transmission. It will produce up to 169 horsepower and 151 pound-feet of torque, making it Corolla the most powerful ever.
The sedan version of the 2020 Corolla joins it hatchback sibling as among the first of the manufacturer’s products to employ Toyota Safety Sense 2.0 across its entire lineup. In addition to existing safety systems, TSS 2.0 also adds Lane Tracing Assist and Road Sign Assist for better driver awareness.
Toyota didn’t shy away from equipping the 2020 Corolla with its latest connectivity technology. Just like several other redesigned and refreshed models, the new compact sedan will come with Apple CarPlay™ compatibility as standard equipment and an available high-speed 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot provided by Verizon Wireless.
