I went to colonial toyota and had a great experience, although I did not purchase a car yet because I wasn't ready to financially, I was helped by the sales rep Rich, he made everything super easy to understand and it was very enjoyable, we related and laughed while we discussed and had a great time. If you come here to purchase a vehicle, ask for Rich, he's a joy to work with!

I had such a great experience last week working with my sales rep, Richard Z! He was honest, patient, and really took the time to help me find a car that fit both my needs and my budget. He answered all my questions (and tracked down the answers when he didn’t have them right away) and made sure I understood all the features of the car. Richard made the whole process easy and stress-free. I can’t recommend him enough!

I recently purchased a brand new Highlander from Colonial Toyota in Milford and was very satisfied with the experience. The sales rep Jason Umpierre was excellent during the entire process. He was friendly and patient, listened to what I needed and answered all the questions. Excellent communication, get things done quickly and efficiently, thank you for making it easy. The sales manager TJ was also great to work with. Negotiation was straightforward, we got to a reasonable number for the new car and trade in quickly. Jason and TJ make a great team! We have been to other Toyota dealers and glad that we found Colonial Toyota in Milford. They provide exceptional experience. I would not hesitate to work with Colonial again in the future.

Last week, I went with my daughter to Colonial Toyota in Milford, where she wanted to lease a car. Everything went so smoothly and quickly that it took only a couple of hours to get the lease signed, take the 2026 Toyota Camry, and drive out! Christian was extremely helpful and always available. Well done.

I recently received truly exceptional service from Colonial Toyota, and specifically from Hastrit Celaj. My mother has been buying/leasing Toyotas from Colonial Toyota for decades.  She recently reached a point where it was no longer safe for her to drive.  She still owned her car, bought from Colonial Toyota, and was still paying for it through regular monthly payments.  This was an extremely difficult and emotional process for me to get rid of the car she loved, and to take the car keys away. However, Hastrit Calaj of Colonial Toyota went above and beyond to assist us.  When I explained the situation, Hastrit didn't just see a potential transaction; he saw a family in need, facing difficult issues, including someone driving and the overall aging process, which eventually makes it unsafe for that person to be driving. Instead of requiring us to bring the car to them (I live in NYC and haven't driven in years, so driving it to them wasn't possible), they arranged for a tow truck to pick it up directly and bring it to the dealership.  This single gesture alleviated so much stress. They understood that it would be difficult for us to handle the logistics ourselves and handled everything seamlessly. Then, they handled the entire resale process with transparency and compassion. Hastrit walked us through every step, offered a fair price for the vehicle, and made sure all the paperwork was in order. This was all done in less than 48 hours.  What could have been a painful, long, and complicated situation was made humane and straightforward, thanks to Hastrit Celaj and his oversight of those involved in this process. The level of empathy and professionalism was unlike anything I've ever experienced. For anyone looking for a dealership that truly values its customers and goes the extra mile, I wholeheartedly recommend Colonial Toyota. Thank you for treating our family with such kindness and for making a tough transition so much easier.
