My wife and I met with Frank to look into leasing a new car. Though we knew which model we wanted, Frank worked with us in the most respectful manner, from selecting the color, thru getting an acceptable price, thru financing, and finally thru the delivery process. We both would definitely rate this as the best experience we have ever had with any car dealership, by far. We felt absolutely no pressure what so ever. We were given the time we required to make the decision that was right for us.

I had an excellent experience buying a car from Colonial Toyota. I had a good idea of what I wanted, and Stephen Curina and sales manager Frank Pratts worked with me to make it happen. Colonial also offers (unbeknownst to me at first) an excellent dealer-only warranty on many pre-owned vehicles (and it might be all the pre-owned Toyotas they sell, but I am not certain of that) that exceeds Toyota's certified pre-owned program. The time came to replace the Tacoma I had purchsed10 years ago and so I headed to Colonial to take a look. Scott Peraza, sales consultant, happened to meet me and by the end of the afternoon I had a great “barely used” Tacoma. Scot and the team made it easy to get through the process.
