My experience at Colonial Toyota in Milford was exceptional, largely due to Arman. He was patient, personable, and very knowledgeable about the brand Toyota which made my choice very easy to make. My intentions that night I walked in was to look around and he definitely found a car that fit my needs within a hours and before I knew it I was driving my 2023 Toyota Camry home. Had a pleasant experience. I've been told in the past buying from a dealership is a pain but Roland Hall was honest, patient, and cared about what I wanted in a vehicle. I'm very happy with my recent sales experience with Steve Papadakos at Colonial Toyota.  He was very knowledgeable and helpful in pointing out differences between different models, patient with us through a few visits and test drives, didn't push us into pricier vehicles, replied quickly to questions we had by text, and was overall very friendly and helpful.  After a bit of friendly negotiation he gave us a price that matched competitors, and a great deal on a trade-in, with a warranty that no one else matched.  The Sienna is great so far, and I'll try to remember to update in a year once it's been driven a bit.  If you're looking for a Toyota, I highly recommend working with Steve, and the folks at Colonial Toyota.

I purchased a dealer demo Crown Signia back in late July 2025. I experienced a few early hiccups with respect to certain sales team negotiations and service team services, but in all cases, the teams ended up going above and beyond and doing whatever they could to make things right.
