We were helped by Quincy to lease a new vehicle. He was friendly without being overbearing, fast without leaving us feeling like just a commission, and overall just fun to chat with. We came with our 4 year old daughter and he was wonderful. Quincy acknowledged her, spoke to her directly, and offered coloring pages. While he checked in with us, he was talking directly to her which made her feel much more comfortable. This is the first time she's enjoyed being in a car dealership with us. Ok first of all, I had assumed buying a new car was stressful but at Colonial Toyota and with Juan as your salesman you’ll be just fine. The whole experience was just very wavey and genuinely enjoyable. Before coming here, I had been to several dealerships and was starting to feel frustrated with the typical sales experience. That’s what made working with Juan stand out even more, I didn’t feel any pressure, he answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed, which I really appreciated. He also went out of his way to help me secure a rental when I couldn’t make it to the rental location before closing, which truly meant a lot. My car took awhile to come in which was out of their control and I had been aware of, but he was amazing about keeping me updated every step of the way. I always felt informed and taken care of, which made a big difference during the wait. The reveal and pick-up was made perfect by Juan and that made up for the waiting. He made sure to show me all the features of my new car and he didn’t even take the car to fill up on gas literally .2 miles down the road before I arrived because he knew I wanted to see it with no miles. That’s how you know he actually takes the time to get to know his customers! TJ, his manager, was also very kind and helpful, and it’s obvious that the entire team values creating a positive experience. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Juan is professional, attentive, genuinely thoughtful, and also just charming enough to make the process feel a little too easy… which may or may not be part of his strategy.. Either way, it worked. Would 100% recommend asking for Juan if you’re visiting Colonial Toyota, but don’t just joyride, buy a car from my guy.
