I just purchased a brand new Land Cruiser from a fantastic sales rep named Jason Umpierre. He gave me constant updates on the status of the build process and transit location of my truck. He promptly answered every single one of my questions. He was friendly, clear, and punctual through the whole process. Someone I’d definitely work with again in the future. My father came with me, and he was a big fan of Jason.
TJ was the sales manager that we worked with afterwards. After a painless negotiation we worked out a number that we were both comfortable with. He was also kind, patient, and helpful as well. He carefully walked me through a lot of the logistics and made sure everything went smoothly.
Lastly, a gentlemen named Eulee (I’m sorry if I am butching the spelling) carefully and painstakingly removed the crossbars on the truck. The service department was backed up, so Eulee stepped up. This wasn’t his job or responsibility to do, but he did it anyway. He was very kind and very helpful.
I came in with my wife and father; and we all agreed the dealer floor felt open and lively. These were the highlights of my buying experience at this dealership. Jason, TJ, and Eulee — great guys.
