We had a previous bad experience at Toyota Milford last year. But I think it redeemed itself this time around thanks to Elijah and Jamel. We were helped last year by a different sales rep who was dishonest. We still loved the car we got but it wasn't 100% what was promised. There were also last minute changes to the sales term as well. But we spent the whole day there, it was after hours, and we felt obligated to continue even though we weren't very satisfied. We were hesitant to go back but decided to give it another try because it was literally next door. We were pleased to find Elijah and Jamel, who made the whole process transparent and fair. There was a mistake but they made it right once it's pointed out (vin etching charges for pre-own car that already came with etching). Overall we were very happy with this experience and so glad that we came back.

I had an exceptional experience working with Quincy at Colonial Toyota. Amazing customer service, knowledgeable and helpful. Answered all my questions, showed me lots of vehicles- even warming them up first because it was so cold. Hooked me up with a phone charger when I ran out of battery and gave me a ride home so I could have my new vehicle same day (even though it was very late). Could not be happier. Thanks Quincy!

Steven was an excellent sales rep. Didn't push at all, just gave us the info we wanted and needed. Clearly willing to negotiate and wanting to make a deal, and he was friendly and real the entire time. Good atmosphere in the dealership, too. Lots of activity.

We were greeted by Quincy. He asked key questions to understand details about what I was looking for to help narrow the search. Quincy talked through the parameters I was seeking and was open and honest. Not ready to buy just yet, so haven’t been through the purchase process. But, based on shopping around already, I recommend the dealership overall and Quincy specifically.
